Floating Registered Manager

Our personalized support caters to a variety of needs, including severe and moderate learning disabilities, autism, mental health issues, physical disabilities, and more.

Key Duties:

Formulating comprehensive support plans
Writing residential core assessments, pathway plans, and other reports
Engaging directly with individuals and families for assessments and support
Managing day-to-day operations, finances, and administration
Working within set budgets and maintaining records

Clear enhanced DBS record
Experience in Social Services and Local Authorities
Health & Social Care degree and/or management qualification within healthcare or equivalent
Knowledge of CQC and current legislations
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Full UK Driving Licence (desirable)
Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
