Finance Assistant

In this role, you will be responsible for providing finance and admin support across the different brands within the retail division as required. The main responsibilities would be:

• Maintain financial systems that record and report on financial activities, provide as requested information to allow strategic and operational decision making


• Assist with the rollout of new finance processes across the division and the relevant documentation


• Support with the monitoring of stock & COGS monthly values


• First line of contact for purchase ledger queries
  
  Experience in Purchase ledger, Sales Ledger and general accounts


• Proficient in Microsoft Office software- Excel, Word, Outlook


• Excellent organisational and time management skills


• Ability to manage a busy and varied workload


• Logical thinker with excellent problem- solving skills
