Full Job Description

The Zetter Group has a great opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our team in Clerkenwell. As a Finance Assistant you will be the reporting to Group Director of Finance. Your remit will include the preparation of timely, accurate financial data input and processing, preparing reports and carrying out data integrity audits. You will also be required to carry out ad hoc projects while working closely with senior management. The Candidates should have 2 years of hospitality-related experience.

Responsibilities

· Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly Group Revenue Reconciliation Reports.

· Reconciling Purchase Ledger

· Produce and Assist with Supplier Payment Runs.

· Daily Bank Reconciliation

· Control Account Reconciliations.

· Prepare Accruals & Prepayment Schedules

· Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.

· Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a business or finance environment

· Analytical and report writing skills.

· Good command of excel and accounting software (ideally Xero)

· Solid written and verbal communication skills.

· High attention to detail.

· Good understanding of hospitality business, financial and operational structures

· Pro-active, with a creative approach to relationship-building, critical thinking and problem solving.

· Understanding of data privacy standards.

Experience of working withing multi-disciplined, versatile environments
