Full Job Description

Process accounts for all receivable transactions
- Invoice all works undertaken
- Conduct data entry
- Chase up payment for outstanding invoices

- Raising Purchase Order numbers, The Finance Assistant will be tasked with ensuring the Smooth day to day running of the finance Department and will report directly to the Finance Director.

Previous experience as an Finance Assistant/ similar role
- Experience, knowledge & understanding of accounting software such as Sage & Microsoft Packages
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team,

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)


  • Experience:
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)

  • Accounts receivable: 1 year (required)
