Full Job Description

In this role at Marella Cruise Finance, you'll report to the Cruise Finance Manager - Technical. Marella Cruises operates five ships for our UK guests, sailing from homeports across Europe and the Caribbean.

Your job? You'll handle financial reporting for Onboard Systems, partnering with the Cruise Technology team to support an accurate budget and forecasting process.
You will keep our Port & Harbour operations running smoothly by managing payments and invoices efficiently.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Own Port Prefunding process, managing payment requests and resolving issues efficiently.

  • Handle Port & Harbour invoice process, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

  • Support Marine Finance Analyst in building port costs database for budgeting and auditing.

  • Manage financial reporting for Marine Operations budget, particularly Marine training spending.

  • Business partner Head of Cruise Technology to oversee IT systems cost base, including budgeting, forecasting, month end and balance sheet.

  • Assist Technical Finance Manager in managing Deck & Engine Cost base.

  • Ensure accurate accounting of Cruise asset additions, disposals, and impairments.
