Full Job Description

Based in either our London or Bath office, you'll be reporting to our Financial Controller and supporting Netcraft's Finance Team in ensuring that all accounts payable and receivable processes are accurately maintained.

Core activities include:

  • Processing invoices and expense claims in the accounting system, making sure your work is accurate and timely

  • Setting up payment runs with the bank, with the appropriate management approval, to ensure vendors and employees are consistently paid on time

  • Managing vendor queries, so ensure they're actioned in line with internal SLAs

  • Supporting the month-end process by providing accurate monthly balance sheet reconciliations and long-term debtors reports

  • Supporting the team with cash-flow forecasts and variance analysis


  • Identifying any opportunities for improvement in our current processes

  • Invoicing and payment collection from customers

  • Contributing to sales support and other customer facing activities

    A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • An organised and systematic approach

  • The ability to learn quickly and work efficiently in a busy environment


  • A positive and solution-focused mindset; you'll enjoy building good working relationships and communicating effectively
