Full Job Description

NOA's Ark Nursery has an exciting opportunity available for a Finance Administrator to join the team. This is an all year-round role, 15 hours per week. The role will require working Monday - Friday 3 hours a day. There is flexibility over when these hours are worked.

Main duties will include;

  • To work with the Manager in organising admissions

  • To manage and process all Early Education Funding paperwork

  • To maintain accurate records of all children including health, allergy information & permissions

  • Welcoming parents, children & visitors, answering the phone and taking messages.

  • Maintenance of staff files

  • General office duties

  • To invoice parents

  • Processing invoices and orders

  • To manage & chase debt

    To join NOA's Ark as a Finance Administrator you'll need to enjoy working as part of a team and be adaptable and flexible in your outlook. You must have excellent ICT skills and a keen eye for attention to detail. You will need a passion for figures, be able to work to structured processes and deadlines. You will need to be comfortable building internal and external relations and help drive effectiveness and efficiencies within the department, wherever possible.
