Full Job Description

We are pleased to share an opportunity to join Flagship Group's Finance Team, as a Finance Administrator. The role is a permanent post, working 37 hours per week: Monday to Friday.

This role is working from our King Street office, in Norwich. The role comes with Agile Working and Flexible Working will be considered.

In this job role as a Finance Administrator (Rent and Service Charges), you will input and maintain an accurate datasets of asset and contracted expenses data, to enable effective and efficient rent and service charge budgeting.

Providing administrative support as part of the budget data project team, working to continually review and improve processes aligned to this key function. You will work collaboratively with your team to provide a quality professional, compliant and comprehensive rent and service charge process to the Flagship Group, ensuring we have processes, systems and initiatives that are tailored to our customer needs, to provide outstanding customer service., Ø Opportunities for development (including apprenticeships, our Academy, and various training options).

Applications are welcomed for the role of Finance Administrator (Rent and Service Charges) from those with previous experience of the service charge and/or finance departments.

You must be highly efficient in office administration and organised. Experience in data analysis, problem identification and data validation. You'll have good numeracy and literacy skills, adequate to analyse financial data in spreadsheets, databases, statements, bills and so on. You'll need the capability to gather and analyse information from many sources. Experience providing customer-focused services. You must be competent in Microsoft Applications.

Educated to GCSE Maths and English grade C or above, you will be working towards a relevant professional qualification.
