Full Job Description

The role would include installation, repair and maintenance of CCTV systems (Wired + Wireless Systems),

  • Maintain CCTV systems covering a specific geographical region.

  • Respond to service calls on all types of CCTV

  • Plan and respond to routine and re-active call visits in your area during the normal working day.

  • Maintain effective communication with customers and project co-ordinator when planning/ completing site visits

  • Maintain your stock levels with support from Line Manager and the stores person.

  • Achieve and strive for 100% KPI completion of services in the calendar month.

    Technical background in all CCTV system maintenance and fault finding - HikVision & Dahua are essential

  • Experience of front-line customer contact preferred

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Professional and presentable at all times

  • Be able to deliver exceptional customer service

  • Must be able to perform well as an individual as well as part of a team

  • Willingness to Learn ongoing training provided

  • Construction site work preferred but not essential, Valid CSCS / ECS Card
