Full Job Description

7 year old lovely boy who has autism and he is nonverbal and is mostly a calm and pleasant boy although he can become overwhelmed with busy and noisy environments. Has sensory issues and can become upset. Needs to be taken out into the community to do activities and to experience being out in the community. Can run off so PA/support worker needs to beware that he needs full supervision at all times as he sees no danger. Does still wear nappies and most likely will need to be changed frequently. Really enjoys going out and especially loves travelling in the car so business insurance will be required.

    Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist and encourage socialisation, participating in activities.

  • Develop a good and trusting one to one working relationship.
