Fast Fit Technician

As a Fast Fit Technician at ETB Autocentres, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure they operate safely and efficiently. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide high-quality service to meet their expectations.,

• Perform routine maintenance and repair services on vehicles, including suspension, air conditioning, and brake replacements.


• Diagnose the vehicles issues using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment.


• Communicate with customers to understand their concerns and provide accurate estimates for repair work.


• Keep detailed records of all service work performed, including parts used, labour hours, and customer information.


• Keep work area clean and organised and maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  
  Minimum of 1 year experience as a Fast Fit technician.


• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex automotive issues to customers.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.


• Willingness to learn and stay up to date with new technologies and industry trends.


• Valid UK driving license.

• Vehicle servicing: 1 year (preferred)
