Family Support Worker Horley Reigate Banstead

To provide focused 1-1 and group family support for families with children and young people aged 0-19 years old (up to 25 years for young adults with additional needs). This will be delivered either at the Family Centre, out in the community or in service users' own homes. The post holder will be required to work with families as a lone worker. All services provided will support the delivery of the Family Support Specification, which aims is to enable children and families to achieve and improve outcomes., 17.5 hours a week, with a daily hours unpaid break, Flexible Options available

We are looking for an experienced and qualified practitioner who is passionate about supporting families to achieve their best outcomes. Must be a great communicator. Holidays increase after two years service to a maximum of six weeks after six years service. The holdiay year runs from 1st April to 31st March each year. (Pro-Rata for Part Time).

PRO RATA £13,000 to £14,549.00 per annum FTE £26,000 to £29,100, The post holder will be entitled to free use of the YMCA East Surrey fitness centre in Redhill and half price YMCA childcare for dependents.
