- Perform facial aesthetic procedures with precision and care.
- Manage and expand an existing patient base.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to enhance patient experience and outcomes.
- Actively participate in marketing initiatives to attract new clients.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual client requirements
- Ensure all treatments are performed safely and in accordance with industry standards and guidelines
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment history and progress
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in facial aesthetics
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction at all times
Proven experience and expertise in facial aesthetics procedures. Ideally a medical professional background. - A comprehensive portfolio showcasing past work and results.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with patients.
- An existing and active Instagram following with demonstrated ability to leverage social media for business growth is preferable.
- Valid certification or license as a Facial Aesthetics Practitioner
- Proven experience in administering facial aesthetic treatments
- In-depth knowledge of facial anatomy and physiology
- Strong understanding of different skin types and conditions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
