Full Job Description

  • Research and identify sustainable materials, fabrics, and production methods for our clients.

  • Source suppliers and manufacturers that adhere to ethical labor practices and environmental standards.

  • Evaluate supplier capabilities, quality, and reliability to ensure alignment with company values and requirements.

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost-effective and sustainable sourcing solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to integrate sustainable materials into product development processes.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and best practices related to sustainable fashion sourcing.

  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of suppliers to monitor compliance with sustainability standards and drive continuous improvement.

  • Educate internal stakeholders and external partners on the importance of sustainable sourcing and its impact on the fashion industry.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering partnerships built on transparency, trust, and mutual goals.

  • Support the development and implementation of company-wide sustainability initiatives and goals.
