Full Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide first line support to the Chief Operations Officer.

The role will manage all aspects of the COO's day-to-day activities and will be their representative at both the club and externally, as well as providing broader administrative support to the Operations Leadership Team., Beyond that, we are passionate about our local community and, behind the scenes, we have a wide variety of opportunities and career paths for all.   • Communications - Maintaining and organising the email inbox, screening all enquiries, correspondence and routing or escalating to relevant colleague

  • Diary Organisation- Full scheduling of the COO's diary, using business knowledge and understanding to prioritise meetings to make sure the COO's time is used efficiently, whilst also ensuring diary is proactively managed at least two weeks in advance and three months forward planning

  • Guest Management - Preparing invites and coordinating guests of the COO in the Directors' Box or other hospitality areas and sending through all relevant information

  • Travel Planning- Coordinating business travel arrangements, preparing itineraries, and planning logistics for both domestic and international travel

  • Meeting Management -Attending any meetings as requested by the COO, taking notes and proactively following-up actions from meetings

  • Project Management - Remaining informed of all Operational wide projects and club priorities to ensure prioritisation of the COO's time

    Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally to senior management level

  • Extensive experience in an administrative role

  • Understanding of working within a brand-led and reputation-focused organisation

  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, in particular Powerpoint, Word and Excel

  • Excellent communication skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Proactive approach and ability to work on own initiative

  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritise work and meet deadlines

  • Discretion and ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information Highly organised and good time management
