Full Job Description

Are you an experienced PA or Executive level assistant/administrator? We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Diocesan Secretary for a period of 12 months providing maternity cover. Candidates should be available for an immediate start following interview., You will work closely with the Diocesan Secretary and Property and Legal Officer to provide administrative support including:

· Diary management, including co-ordinating meetings, preparing materials and travel arrangements.

· Email inbox management.

· Maintain a comprehensive work list of priorities and follow up as necessary.

· Provide administrative support to the Property and Legal Officer in the processing of property transactions, including liaising with various parties and managing legal documentation.

You must have previous PA/EA experience with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. You must be a strong communicator, able to liaise with numerous stakeholders on behalf of the diocese.

You should be highly adaptable and resilient with a positive and proactive approach to work and an understanding of managing confidential information.
