Full Job Description
- Analyse ESG performance of investment strategies, explaining portfolio level results including time series and contribution analysis.Provide commentary and analysis for periodic ESG reporting workflows, including portfolio ESG results analysis, company case studies, and engagement reporting.
- Engaging with clients on all aspects of the team's ESG workflows.
- Collaborate effectively with central teams including Responsible Investment & Governance, ESG Strategy & Operations, Reporting, Sales, Product, Compliance, and Legal.
- Carry out other duties as assigned
Strong analytical and writing skills - with the ability to translate quantitative data into written explanations - Highly organised with process management experience
- Good understanding of the investment industry in relation to ESG integration and the evolving regulatory landscape.
- Interest in sustainability issues
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with 3rd Party ESG Data providers like MSCI, Sustainalytics, VE
