Full Job Description

  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition team to create campaigns and attraction activities targeted towards sourcing external entry level talent.

  • Support with the design and delivery of candidate assessment days.

  • Work with Entry Level Talent Manager (ELT) to provide onboarding support to the new starters, and ongoing pastoral support for current cohorts.

  • Support the ELT Manager in the design and maintenance of generic learning components, evaluation of the learning pathways and providing evidence of learning effectiveness and learner experience.

  • Lead the financial management of the Apprenticeship Levy. Provide accurate monthly reporting to Finance team and Western Europe Talent Leadership Development Director on both ELT headcount (forecast-v-actual) and budget spend.

  • Provide support on Entry Level Talent retention with a focus on offboarding into new roles on completion of the early career programmes.

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with experience of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
