Full Job Description

  • Support implementation of Enrolled Freemen's vision & strategic plan.

  • Act as efficient administrator & customer service professional.

  • Prepare documents, manage correspondence, maintain office systems.

  • Create social media & marketing materials, assist in event organization.

  • Ensure compliance, minute meetings, manage membership records.

  • Liaise with stakeholders, handle daily interactions, support policies.

    Training in business administration with a focus on practical tasks.

  • Qualification: Level 3 in Business Administration, equivalent to 2 A-levels., Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Problem solving skills, Administrative skills, Team working, Creative, Non judgemental, Patience, GCSE or equivalent English (Grade C/4) Essential

  • GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade C/4) Essential

    Will become an Enrolled Freeman after a successful 12 months, once enrolled the candidate will receive dividends each year.
