Full Job Description

  • Sense check & process Gas, Electricity, Water & Fibre network design submissions from construction partners.

  • Support in the allocation of design submissions to assessors.

  • Liaise with customers & other departments to ensure all designs & records are processed and approved for adoption.

  • Assist with the development and use of processes & systems to improve customer service levels provided by the Asset Adoption Department.

  • Produce reports to assist in maintaining relationships with Construction partners., At least the cost of living pay increase every year

  • Company pension contributions up to 10% if employees contribute 5%

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Experience using MS Office programmes or equivalent.

  • Good communication skills.
