Full Job Description

Based within the Trading Standards Team at Witham, you will provide operational support to those delivering front line enforcement duties. You will also be required to respond to customer queries and where necessary, resolve them at the first point of contact.
Duties include providing administrative support, maintaining specialist databases and often dealing with highly sensitive confidential information.
The role also includes the processing of licence applications received by the Service and working with appropriate enforcement staff in delivering the service.

The successful applicant should possess excellent communication skills and hold a business administration qualification, ECDL or equivalent., Disability Confident
