Electro-Mechanical Assembler

1. Under limited supervision, assemble standard and bespoke MMD machines to specification and to schedule.
2. Assemble both electrical and pneumatic control cabinets.
3. Updating records in job/technical file.
4. Support engineering with recording of any changes to machine build.
5. Support to lab with any rework or modifications.

1. Dry testing of machines to ensure quality and performance

1. Machine assembly knowledge and 3-5 years' experience.
2. Read controls and mechanical assembly drawings, machine specifications.
3. Mechanical and electrical skills, electronics, pneumatics & hydraulics
4. General problem-solving skills and practical aptitude
5. Ability to work as part of a team and display a willingness to learn and put skills into practice
6. Excellent communication
