Full Job Description

· Document management and organising of project documentations

  • Pre Submission administration including data matching

  • Post submission administration

  • Processing data accurately whilst using CSM systems

  • Liaise with customers and other team members, ensuring consistent compliance

  • Ensure processes are running smoothly and timely

  • Monitor data storage

  • Providing customer service and technical support to develop relationships with all customers

  • Challenge and spark interest in the multiple areas of the business

  • To be able to work well under pressure, and work to deadlines

    · Previous experience within a business that's currently supplying ECO4 measures is highly advantageous


    • · Process driven with attention to detail

    · Organised and can contribute to uphold the companies reputation in delivering the best of services

    · Excellent IT knowledge and computer skills

    · Impeccable telephone manner, ability to be empathetic and knowledgeable

    · Enthusiasm, interest and ability to learn and progress the business

    Previous experience with or knowledge of ECO4 would be advantageous. Keen to speak with candidates looking for an industry change, or graduates looking to kick-start their career,
