There's an exciting opening for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join the team, a key position in a rapidly growing brand.

The role takes hands-on day to day ownership of the front-end, consumer-facing elements of our ecommerce business, in close collaboration with our broader Marketing and Growth teams (influencer, affiliate, performance marketing, content production).

Important:

This is an ecommerce generalist role that includes email marketing - we're looking for someone with a broad understanding of ecommerce design, user experience, and conversion optimisation.

Your natural home will be in multiple CMS platforms optimising for user experience, building landing pages and emails, and optimising the shopping journey.

Reporting to the Head of Growth and working closely with the CEO, you'll be part of an experienced cross-functional team including another Ecommerce Manager with a back-end, technical and operational focus.,

  • CMS: Manage all front end elements of our ecom platforms (Shopify, Amazon) ensuring that the core funnel, landing pages and emails are consistent with brand and offer a great user experience

  • Email: Build and send emails and SMS in Klaviyo (flows and campaigns)

  • CRO: Use analytics tools to analyse, test, and optimise every touchpoint

  • Content management: ensure that every piece of content, from product thumbnails to blog articles are well crafted and engaging

  • SEO: Owning the on-page strategy (keyword relevance, internal linking, technical SEO)

  • Merchandising: Ensuring that promos, up/cross-sells, products and bundles are well setup and well communicated

  • Design and visual communication - you will be using Canva or Figma to spin up basic website and email graphics as needed.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years working in an Ecommerce role for a similar brand

  • Very comfortable working with Shopify and Klaviyo (Amazon is desirable but not essential)

  • Research, organisation, and communication skills are essential

  • A willingness to grow with the company

  • A genuine interest in our brand and our product - if you don't love it you can't sell it

  • Current right to work and live in the UK, Bachelor's (preferred)


  • Experience:
  • Digital marketing: 3 years (required)

  • Email marketing: 1 year (preferred)
