Following the resounding success of our nationwide scheme, we are now recruiting for our Driver Development Programme at Newmarket.

Our Driver Development Programme is for those who have either car, van or Rigid licence and would like to get the Category CE licence. The potential earning is over £50k per year.

Turners will provide you with:

• Work whist gaining your licence in other areas of the business. Including gatehouse, wash, and shunter cover. As well as job shadowing with other drivers.


• A competitive training fee with no upfront costs to you and small interest free repayments once you start earning. The training fee is subsidised if you stay in our employment for at least two years.
