Full Job Description
We are seeking a vigilant and customer-oriented Door Supervisor to join our team. The Door Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and staff., Monitor entrance and exit points to prevent unauthorized access
- Check identification and verify credentials of individuals
- Handle crowd control during peak hours or special events
- Respond promptly to disturbances or security threats
- Collaborate with local authorities when necessary
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the premises are secure
- Provide exceptional customer service to patrons
Proven experience as a Door Supervisor or similar security role
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies
- First aid certification is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
