Full Job Description

  • Lead and manage the Support Services teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Oversee P&L responsibilities and manage both internal and external customer relationships.

  • Develop and execute a high-performance culture, fostering talent, and increasing employee engagement.

  • Collaborate with Commercial, Client Services, Service Delivery, Field Services, and Customer Services teams to drive customer satisfaction and identify business growth opportunities.

  • Cultivate and enforce a strong safety culture.

  • Develop the long-term strategy for the Support Services division.


  • Operational budget management for the Support Services function with a critical focus on productivity and cost optimisation.

    Experience driving business profitability and sustainable growth.

  • A proven track record of leading a back-office team.

  • Five years minimum experience in a managerial/ leadership position

  • Willingness to travel and work in other business locations as required in support of the business objectives.

  • Experience within the utilities/renewables industry is desirable.

  • We are seeking a dedicated Director of Support Services to lead and inspire our support teams, ensuring a consistently high level of service to our customers that Calisen are renown for.

    You will lead and manage the team and take responsibility for the operational budget management for the Support Services function with a critical focus on productivity and cost optimisation whilst developing the long-term strategy for the team.

    The Package:
  • £75,000-£90,000 basic salary

  • 30 Days holiday rising to 33 days with yearly service (including Bank holidays)
