Full Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Digital Sales Advisor to join our team in Norwich. This role is to cover maternity leave and is for up to 12 months.
The position is customer service and sales focused, supporting guests through their e-commerce journey using a range of tools to enable the customer to complete their transaction via telephone, online or remotely.

Reporting to the Sales BDC Team Leader & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for dealing with incoming digital Sales leads and then engage with the customer to discuss their requirements. You will provide information about the vehicle and answers any queries before creating a lead or sale on the internal systems. Experience in the automotive sector is not required, however we are looking for someone with the willingness to learn new skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

    Competitive + bonus scheme (OTE £31,000.00)

    Ave. 39 hours per week, 5 week rota covering Monday to Sunday
