Full Job Description

Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are an award winning digital content agency and media network who are currently on the lookout for a Digital Producer to join our Entertainment team on a fixed term basis.

As an experienced Editor and creative content specialist, you will be responsible for leading a team of editors and designers and creating best-in-class social content for a global TV brand. Working across multiple projects, the Digital Producer is required to strategise and guide on editorial tone, creating smooth workflows and strong client relationships.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME

  • Lead a team of editors creating vertical video and static content across the Entertainment team's output

  • Regularly develop out of the box concepts for static and video across all social platforms, leading the team in ideation alongside the Social Media Manager and project leads

  • Manage content performance, ensuring all key deliverables are met and we are consistently working to meet client goals

  • Manage the team's creation of elevated vertical video content including highly editorial edits, integrated GFX elements using Adobe After Effects and overall increased quantity of output, as well the ability to create this content personally

  • Set up quick and efficient workflows, resulting in an increased output and tight turnaround on all content.

  • Work closely with the Senior Vertical Video Producer and Senior Creative Partnerships Manager to support their wider strategic goals and direction for clients.

  • Own the channel strategy, ensuring that each channel has a strong and consistent voice, communities are being engaged across multiple platforms. Ensure that each individual channel brand is consistent with the correct tone of voice and the highest editorial standards.

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining posting schedules, as well as updating all relevant spreadsheets and project trackers.

  • Preparation of insights/data as requested by the Senior Vertical Video Producer, reporting insights back to the wider team

    Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.

  • Creative editorial, with experience of producing video content in line with unique TOVs across a multitude of vertical platforms.

  • Excellent editorial judgement and sensibilities.

  • A creative and strategic thinker, capable of interpreting briefs and producing tactical and vertical/static-specific ideas.

  • Detail-oriented and process-driven - creative but business-minded.

  • Clear communication and presentation skills

  • Strong experience of working alongside Content Editors and Producers.

  • Routine organisation with a detail-oriented, creative and process-driven approach.

  • Knowledge and experience in working with flagship brands or partners across a variety of social platforms and their key features.

  • The ability to inspire and encourage creativity

  • A clear passion for TV, Streaming and Entertainment content.
