Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join our fantastic Digital and Marketing team. It's a broad, multi-skilled, exciting role that supports the continuous development and optimisation of our digital user journeys.

  • Help deliver an optimised digital user experience that drives acquisition, boosts conversion, generates sales and retains customers

  • Work with a wide range of stakeholders across the business to help prioritise requirements, and plan and deliver appropriate activities to enhance online commercial performance across the end-to-end digital journeys

  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of content and information across journeys and websites as well as the development of a content management system to allow efficient and effective running of the websites

  • Work closely with stakeholders in marketing, brand and UX design and provide support where necessary

  • Operate within the required regulatory & legal standards to mitigate business risk

  • Ensure compliance with company standards at all times

  • Support in the achievement, tracking and reporting of KPIs

  • Develop self at every opportunity to ensure maximum contribution to role

    Are you forward-thinking with a knack for communication? Do you excel in creative problem-solving and analytical thinking? If so, we need you!, 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing

  • Experience in financial services preferable but not essential


  • Skills
  • Good communication (both verbal and written)

  • Has a mix of technical and creative flair, plus an analytical head

  • Ability to work as part of a small team, at pace, and under own initiative

  • Good time management, prioritisation and organisational skills

  • Ability to think creatively and turn ideas from concept into reality

  • An interest in UX design principles and best practices

  • Basic understanding of content management systems, customer experience diagnostic tools (such as GlassBox) and working within a test and learn environment to enhance the online customer journey using A/B testing tools desired but not essential

  • An understanding of viewing and interpreting data from dashboards

  • An understanding of working within an Agile delivery environment
