Full Job Description

Providing strategic direction, industry expertise and competent advice to the CCL and CC BU Leads complying with contractual requirements and industry standards and legislation.

  • Review contractual requirements applicable to the Cost Centre setting process and systems to aid compliance to industry legislation

  • Undertake performance health checks against contracted Safety services, advising on status and improvements.

  • Evaluate overall performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics, identifying trends.

  • Monitoring and reviewing Client , Shareholder, T&T & SHEQ Telecoms, policies, and management systems.

  • To advise on, and recommend to the senior leadership team, the setting of objectives, and performance measures to ensure we maintain our base technical knowledge and standards

  • Regularly evaluate the efficacy of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements in conjunction with Business Unit Leads.

  • To support projects and initiatives relating to increasing wellbeing and working arrangements.

  • To monitor changes to legislation and best practice/industry guidance that significantly impacts SHEQ Telecoms, disseminate relevant information and provide advice on the practical application suggesting service enhancements, improvements or offerings as appropriate.

  • Monitor organisational training and development needs to ensure T&T and client contractual requirements are met.

  • To work in partnership with senior managers, empowering them to be proactive in meeting their responsibilities and in ensuring continual improvement within their workstreams.

  • To establish systems for the measurement, monitoring, analysis and review of performance.

  • Make previsions for the Leading and report on investigations of serious health and safety incidents, dangerous occurrences and work-related ill health for the team.

  • Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements

  • Regularly Report on your business unit and maintain a design dashboard which captures all contractual compliance and tracks performance / issues.

  • Ensure SLA's are met

  • Evaluate team size against revenue and advise changes required to maintain profitability

  • Provide T&T oversight and general professional leadership to ensure standards are maintained

  • Consider and report on business generation incentives and ideas and help lead on bid development
