Joining our team at their large pharmaceutical site, you will play a pivotal role within our amenities building, leading our team to success. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, fostering business growth, and ensuring the overall development of both your team and the Amenities Hub.
With a proven track record in operational leadership, you'll establish a positive, supportive, and inclusive work environment. Meeting agreed-upon specifications and performance targets, both qualitative and financial, will be crucial to your success.
Your extensive experience includes leading both kitchen and front-of-house teams, driven by a passion for exceptional service. You thrive on leading from the front and witnessing the development of your team members.
This role is multifaceted, covering various areas such as Food & Drink, fitness, building management, housekeeping, retail and compliance. As the deputy to the general manager, you'll oversee a team of service supervisors, head chef, front of house team, stepping in when needed to ensure safe and smooth operations.
You are a versatile operator comfortable with crafting business cases, engaging in commercial discussions, and leading a team with finesse. This presents an excellent opportunity for a seasoned leader seeking advancement in General Management.

  • Proven experience in managing and leading large teams over an array fo services - to include kitchens.

  • Industry acumen and knowledge of external hospitality and developments and innovations

  • Strong financial understanding and demonstrable budgeting management

  • Experienced in adhering to and driving company initiatives

  • Personal innovation and passion for food and service

  • Demonstrative customer focus and service skills

  • Strong communication, and negotiation skills
