Post: De-Carbonisation delivery manager Salary: £43,736.00 per annum Grade: FRS E Salary range: £43,736.00 - £52,242.00 per annum Contract type: Fixed Term - 2 Years Working pattern: Full-time Application closing date: Tuesday 28 May 2024 at 16:00 GMT We are looking for a technically minded individual that is experienced in problem solving within a technical environment and is able to work collaboratively as a team member whilst being forward looking. The successful candidate will be required to manage appointed suppliers (consultants/contractors) to deliver carbon reduction projects as allocated. The post holder will be expected to manage projects for reducing carbon emissions at London fire stations; This will include preparing DNO upgrades, management of carbon emission assessments and reporting. Providing support to the facilities management team in carbon reduction plant and equipment replacement projects, as well as managing projects where a supplier acts as the Contract
Administrator (CA) and/or Project Manager to another external supplier. Manage the reporting and constraints of grant funding and financial facility funding reporting requirements. Overal responsibility of program progress to the LFB project management office. Working very closely with the Carbon reduction project manager to ensure all funding is on tarck and reported.
