Full Job Description
Our client is currently undertaking two major database projects:
- Migration of supporter data from Raiser's Edge to Salesforce.
- Implementation of Engaging Networks platform including integration with Salesforce and migration of email data from MailChimp to Engaging Networks.
- Complete data migration into Salesforce
- Complete integration of Engaging Networks and Salesforce
- Data governance structure in place
- All key staff trained in Salesforce
Substantial technical experience and expertise in Salesforce, including integration with third party applications and tools, specifically for marketing and financial reconciliation and management. - Substantial experience of managing significant data migration projects
- Expert knowledge of the Data Protection Act, GDPR, Fundraising standards and codes
- Experience of managing multiple agencies and staff to deliver cross-organisational data and technical projects
- Experience and understanding of data within a charity/fundraising context
- Collaborative working style and excellent relationship building skills
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines, across multiple teams in an organisation.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Experience of working with Findock, Engaging Networks and Raiser's Edge
Alongside this, they are seeking to improve data governance and supporter journeys across the organisation.
