Full Job Description
To update and maintain accurate information on computer systems and in archives. To produce electronic copies of documents for operational needs.,
- Entering accurate information onto the computerised Archiving database.
- Scanning confidential documents to produce electronic copies.
- Indexing electronic documents for visibility while searching or retrieving documents in future.
- Locating and retrieving documents from Archive storage.
- Assist the Business Support Team when required:
- Minimum 2 years Admin experience.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team, proactive, can do attitude.
- Able to communicate with colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Able to adapt to various systems
- Team Player
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office - Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Able to work with confidential and sensitive data.
- Takes initiative.
+ Provide a first point of contact by responding to telephone and email enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required.
+ Cover for dealing with daily post / collections / deliveries.
+ Cover for responding to emails received into the Business Support Team.
+ Ordering office supplies.
+ Signing in visitors and directing.
+ Password resets.
+ Other Ad hoc duties
