Full Job Description

To update and maintain accurate information on computer systems and in archives. To produce electronic copies of documents for operational needs.,

  • Entering accurate information onto the computerised Archiving database.

  • Scanning confidential documents to produce electronic copies.

  • Indexing electronic documents for visibility while searching or retrieving documents in future.

  • Locating and retrieving documents from Archive storage.

  • Assist the Business Support Team when required:

  • + Provide a first point of contact by responding to telephone and email enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required.
    + Cover for dealing with daily post / collections / deliveries.
    + Cover for responding to emails received into the Business Support Team.
    + Ordering office supplies.
    + Signing in visitors and directing.
    + Password resets.
    + Other Ad hoc duties

  • Minimum 2 years Admin experience.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team, proactive, can do attitude.

  • Able to communicate with colleagues at all levels.

  • Ability to work to deadlines.

  • Able to adapt to various systems

  • Team Player

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office - Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • Able to work with confidential and sensitive data.

  • Takes initiative.
