Full Job Description

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team here the National Institute of Health and Care Research (NIHR) Co-ordinating Centre. This is a brand new role to our team with lots of room for the successful postholder to grow and develop., Working alongside Business Intelligence Analysts and Monitoring, Evaluation and Leaning Managers, you will draft reports using data extraction, manipulation, and analysis to reveal insights and provide analytical support for a range of projects.
You can expect to be:
o Providing guidance and excellent customer service to our service users and sign posting them to the most appropriate area of support.
o Supporting service desk enquiries and triaging enquires within the Insight and Evaluation team.
o Contribute to the review and maintenance of procedures and processes. And identifying any improvements needed.

o Provide excellent customer service and assistance to a variety of stakeholders.
o Be a team player with a flexible approach to work as well as being able to work independently as required.
o Have a strong attention to detail and accuracy in working with complex data.
