This is an exciting journey for an aspiring Data Administration Apprentice, where you'll play a vital role in managing care records, migrating data, and leveraging cutting-edge tools to revolutionise their data practices.

    This company is dedicated to enhancing the quality of care for individuals across the UK. Their Data Migration team works closely with the leading digital care management systems to ensure a smooth transition onto new care plan software for care homes and services nationwide. It is essential that you have a flexible approach to working as you will be required to work off-site at a client service within the UK on occasion Monday-Friday.

    The role is heavily admin based, with the main task of transcribing data, either written or digital, to online care software. Their head offices are based in Margate where you will be required to work from, but some travel to client sites will be required. This is paid for and therefore, you must have a flexible approach to working.

    In this role, you'll work towards your level 3 Data qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

    A Typical Day in the Job:
  • Work closely with care records, ensuring accuracy and integrity while migrating data between systems.

  • Utilise Excel as the primary data tool, harnessing its power to analyse, organise, and present data effectively.

  • Collaborate with the data team, led by the Head of Data Migration, to compare and contrast records, driving strategy and transformation initiatives.

  • Record information and findings from various data systems, using person-cultured software and tools such as Google Extensions.

  • Harness the power of Power BI and AI tools to automate processes and improve efficiency in data management.

  • Engage with medical and care data as the primary source of information, ensuring its security and confidentiality.


  • Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

  • Experience in care is desirable but not essential

  • Administration experience is desirable

  • Have a flexible approach to working

  • Be a quick learner

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Be kind, friendly and have good customer facing skills

  • A grade 4/C at GCSE in English and Maths is required for this role, You must have the right to work in the UK, and valid residency status to apply for this apprenticeship.

    £15,600 per annum

  • Working Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
