Full Job Description

  • Planning outbound calls to customers in order to generate new business opportunities

  • Proactively discuss and identify solutions and opportunities with the customer

  • Achieving monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets

  • Providing accurate and timely quotations to customers negotiating product information, pricing, special offers and promotions

  • Conducting price negotiations with customers within company regulations

  • Managing customer backorder expectations and reporting

  • Proactively developing relationships with key internal and external contacts

  • Ensuring CRM system is well maintained and provides correct customer information

  • Ensuring TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customers
