The successful applicant will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including email, chat, social media, and phone. The Customer Service Representative will address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience, all while representing our brand professionally and empathetically,

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, and phone, providing accurate and helpful information.


• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and resolving product or service-related issues.


• Troubleshoot technical problems with online platforms, payment processing, and other digital services.


• Provide product recommendations and assistance with navigating our website or app to enhance the customer's shopping experience.


• Handle escalated customer concerns with patience and diplomacy, striving for effective resolution and customer satisfaction.


• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in our CRM system.


• Collaborate with other team members, including sales, logistics, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
