- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette in all customer interactions
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Perform accurate data entry and update customer information in the system
- Analise customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and patience
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analise customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems,

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)


Experience:

• customer service: 2 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
