Full Job Description

Under the direction of the Head of Ticketing & Membership Services, the position will involve working 5 days per week on a roster between Monday to Sunday.

We currently have a seasonal vacancy for an individual with excellent customer service and attention to detail to join our Box Office, Membership and Customer Service team for the 2024 Festival., You will need previous experience of working in a sales and customer service environment; a good working knowledge of computer systems and web technologies; excellent attention to detail and keyboard skills (a minimum of 50 wpm) and a commitment to reaching targets within set time frames., Disability Confident
