Customer Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor your duties will include dealing with all customers in a professional manner, portraying a positive impression of our service centre. Advising Customers on technical queries and issues you will be first point of contact for booking vehicles into the workshop and informing customers of the progress of their vehicle.

Your responsibilities will include:

· To work with the workshop team to achieve the highest possible levels of performance.

· To receive customers and their vehicles in a friendly and professional manner.

· Discuss and confirm vehicle service requirements and parts.

· Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle, giving advice on the work to be done and providing estimates for repair work.

· Capture customer and vehicle data in line with company procedures, making sure invoices are accurate and completed on time.

· Ensure all work is carried out in line with Company policies and procedures.

Previous experience is not required, however experience from within the Automotive industry would be an advantage. Training will be provided., The ability to work as part of a team in a busy and rewarding environment. Customer focus, and communication skills are important in this role.
