Customer Service

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

Duties:

- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution

- Enter customer data accurately into the system

- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate

Communicate effectively in English and potentially other languages such as Spanish or other multilingual skills, Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

- Ability to upsell products or services effectively

- Proficient in English; bilingual skills in Spanish or other languages are a plus

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
