Full Job Description

With 300 aircraft, traveling to 150 airports across 35 countries, and carrying 90 million+ passengers every year - it takes a highly dedicated and organised team to ensure they arrive safely and on time. And as one of our Crewing Officers that's exactly where you step in.

Working within our friendly and fast paced Network Control Team, you'll be involved in the management of crew rosters across our aircraft from the day of operation to three days out. You'll ensure that the rosters are safe, compliant with local law and industrial agreements, efficient, and that they work for our staff. We fly 24/7, and our crewing team also work around the clock to support that. You'll be speaking with crew, base teams, training, and other people across our integrated control service to ensure we meet our safety and performance targets.

To do this role you'll either need to be someone with a good knowledge of airline operations, gained as Cabin Crew, Ground Ops or in a similar role, or someone who has a background in workforce planning for a large organisation.

Either way you'll definitely need to be cool under pressure, with the ability to make informed decisions against a background of competing demands and short deadlines. A high degree of competency in the use of PC's and Microsoft Office suite is essential. You'll also be someone with excellent interpersonal skills - a team player with excellent communications skills who can help to solve problems in a safe, responsible and process driven way.

At easyJet our aim is to make low cost travel easy - connecting people to what they value with Europe's best airline network, great value fares, and friendly service.

It takes a real team effort to carry over 90 million passengers a year across 35 countries. Whether you're working as part of our front line operations or in our corporate functions, you'll find people that are positive, inclusive, ready to take on a challenge, and that have your back. We call that our 'Orange Spirit', and we hope you'll share that too.
