Renowned law firm with a large presence in Central London are currently, due to ambitious growth looking for an experienced Corporate & Commercial lawyer to take a lead role in building on this practice area., You will be a qualified Solicitor in excess of 10 years PQE and have experience in advising on a broad range of specialisms including -

• Joint Venture


• Mergers & Acquisitions


• Commercial Law


• Restructuring


• Privacy


• Intellectual Property & Company Formation


• Start-ups.


A part of the role will be to develop new referral and client relationships to bring new work to the team.
