Corporate Commercial Associate Solicitor 2-4 years PQE

Renowned law firm with a large presence in Central London are currently, due to ambitious growth looking for a Corporate & Commercial Associate Solicitor to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have between 2-4 years PQE with technical expertise in Corporate and Commercial matters and have a genuine passion for this area.

They advise individuals and corporates across a range of specialisms including M&A matters, Joint Ventures, Restructures, Data Privacy, IP and company formation and start-ups.

The candidate is required to -

• Be technically strong


• Have commercial awareness and gets enjoyment in working on transactions and getting the deal done


• Must have excellent drafting and written communication skills


• Strong interpersonal and team skills


• Willingness to take initiative and to participate in marketing activity


• Have attention to detail


Candidate criteria:

• Be an England and Wales qualified solicitor of 2-4 years PQE with excellent academics (ideally 2:1 or equivalent)


• Training gained within a reputable law firm


• Be confident to work autonomously and as part of a team


• Demonstrate excellent time management skills


• Have the ability to develop effective working relations at all levels


• Be confident in both verbal and written communication with a diverse range of clients


• Have a flexible approach and willing to go the extra mile
