Full Job Description

To further ensure and grow our Supply Chain/Agriculture business, we are currently looking for a Coordinator II SCFS to join our team, (hybrid) based in Long Hanborough, Oxfordshire. This role will involve providing administrative support and deliver great customer service to new and existing customers. Ensuring quality documentation, and professional communications in a timely and professional manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Principal Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting NSF regional offices with the client registration process

  • Reviewing certification applications and processing applications in the internal/external IT systems

  • Providing administrative support on production of reports and loading onto IT systems

  • Drive and reach internal/external KPIs and turnaround times as outlined by the department.

  • Gathering relevant information from customers to load onto IT systems

  • Issuing certificates to NSF regional offices

  • Maintaining and updating databases

    Previous administrative experience

  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Customer focused taking pride in delivering great customer service

  • Happy to help people both internally and externally - Flexible and adaptable

  • Ability to adapt, prioritize, and multi-task appropriately.

  • Calm and confident approach when dealing with challenging situations

  • A methodical and logical approach with good problem-solving skills

  • Good interpersonal skills with an ability to work on own initiative

  • The ability to plan work and meet deadlines
