Mamawu café is a fantastic cafe in a beautiful village near Emsworth. Situated on the A259 there is easy access to bus routes and Southbourne train station, in addition there is plenty of free parking near by for drivers.

There is also scope to make your mark by doing monthly pop ups and evening services.

The applicant must have a "can do" attitude along with a positive and calm manner.

Be available to work weekends and Bank Holidays as required., · Follow the directions of the General Manager

· Plan and execute menus in collaboration with other colleagues

· Always ensure adequacy of supplies

· Manage ingredients that should be frequently available daily

· Give attention productivity of the kitchen such as speed and food quality

General

· To work closely with the whole team to ensure a seamless and effective service is embedded

· To keep up to date with changes with product and service information and share relevant information with other members of the team as appropriate

· To undertake other duties as reasonably expected

· Follow all Company policies, procedures and established guidelines

· Undertake available training and development as deemed necessary

· Comply with the company code of conduct and behaviour standards at all times.

· Perform other tasks at the level of the role as required in pursuit of the achievement of business goals.

· Have the desire and ability to improve your knowledge and abilities and that of your team members through inspiring leadership and personal development.

· Ability to work as part of a diverse team with colleagues from different viewpoints, cultures and countries.
