We are happy to say that based on our long-term company growth we are looking for a new colleague - Commercial Real Estate Valuer. We seek a high-spirited personality interested in commercial property who will join our new valuation team. Please come talk to us if you have a positive attitude and would like to help us keep our clients happy and satisfied., We have an opportunity for a talented content writer/specialist to join our Marcomms content team. The content team produce content to support all business units within Knight Frank however, this role works primarily with our Residential business. This person will work closely with our Residential marketing team and business stakeholders to conceptualise, organise and distribute compelling property lifestyle content for our premium residential digital platform The View. Other projects may include producing email content and working on key publications such as Country Homes, Farms and Estates and Waterfront Homes.

You'll work closely with colleagues within the Channels team to align content production with channel needs (for example, direct mail, email and social) as well as with colleagues in the content team to ensure we're producing best in class content across our websites and publications.,

  • The ability to find and tell an engaging story.

  • Strategically devising a content calendar that aligns content with the residential business objectives and user need.

  • Strategically aligning content to the marketing funnel and understanding what works where.

  • Working with wider channels team to align content to channel distribution such as email, social and direct marketing.

  • Using our in-house content systems to upload content across the website.

  • Using tools such as google search console and SEM rush to research topics and keywords and monitor performance of content

  • Using GA4 to report on the performance of content and make data lead decisions on future output.

  • Write and edit copy for print, for all types of publications - from long-form luxury lifestyle features to short, snappy copywriting projects on an ad-hoc basis

  • Working with stakeholders from across the business to communicate their business stories.

    You're passionate about editorial content and understand the value it can bring to a brand in terms of storytelling and generating leads. You're strategic, innovative and able to think on your feet whilst also able to work to timelines and manage stakeholder expectations. You can manage up sideways and down and are comfortable pivoting between different brand needs and expectations and thrive in a fast-paced environment.   • A sharp eye for editorial detail such as grammar and editorial structure

  • Experience in all areas of digital content publishing, planning and editing

  • Proficient with SEO best practice and has the ability to implement digital strategies

  • A strong strategic mind when it comes to content - how can our products keep up with an ever-evolving market?

  • Experience using data to make data lead strategic decisions

  • A self starter who can take a brief but also create their own briefs with minimum supervision.

  • A dual-minded approach: You're highly creative but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.

  • The ability to follow brand guidelines, experience of using a CMS and editing images, working knowledge of coding HTML, excellent attention to detail and strong project management skills. Senior stakeholder experience a bonus.
