Full Job Description

  • Manage business social media profiles including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest & Instagram

  • Develop and maintain Social Media profiles for the business

  • Build followers and increase engagement across all social media platforms

  • Develop new ideas to promote the business using social media/website

  • Maintain the company website content

  • Manage e-commerce site Shopify

  • Image editing - cropping, resizing, tagging and other Photoshop work

  • Manage and update the company website to promote the company and its products

  • Create weekly mailers using template/Klaviyo system

    A Content Creator (Level 3) will learn how to create and develop content that can be used across a variety of media including digital, social media, broadcast or print. The programme is well-suited for graduates, marketing and comms assistants, administrators, social media assistants and those looking to enhance their Content Creation expertise.

    The training includes one study day per week. One of those study days per month is in person at the Creative Process Training Centre in Brighton.

    Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Presentation skills, Logical, Team working, Creative, Initiative, Non judgemental, Patience, GCSE or equivalent Maths and English (Grade 4-9) Essential
    A Level or equivalent Any (Grade A-C) Desired, Technical skills
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and how websites work A keen interest in digital online technologies Knowledge and experience of using Adobe Photoshop would be advantageous Experience in the use of social media management systems would be advantageous Strong MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Good Excel and Word skills Personal digital marketing experience (blog, social media etc.) essential. Advantageous to understand or have used an analytics package such as Google Analytics

    We are the fore runners of hand block printing. Started at my kitchen table I have grown my business substantially over the last few years and we now sell our wares worldwide with large distribution in the US. I am a female founder and work alongside my husband and small team. My business is now 8 years old and we are looking to make substantial growth over the next few years with plans to open a London store in the next 3 years. Anyone who joins will be in for an exciting ride as we all push hard to make this happen. Our product is unique. Molly creates all the designs which are then turned in to wooden printing blocks, this is the foundation to the offering we sell online. We love bold use of colour and are passionate about making homes fun and interesting places. We need you to be in to this as well; someone really interested in the interiors world.
